Terms of service

Last updated: 13/10/2026

These terms set out how buying from Northern Quarter Press works. They sit alongside our shipping, refund and privacy policies. Please read them before you order, because placing an order means you accept them.

1. About us

Northern Quarter Press is run by Northern Quarter Press LTD, 60 Grappenhall Rd, WA4 2AX. You can reach us at urbanmusebiz@outlook.com.

2. Your order

After you order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm your order has been accepted. If we can't accept an order, for example because a design is no longer available, we'll tell you and won't charge you.

3. Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and [include VAT / we are not VAT registered]. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

Occasionally a price might be listed wrongly by mistake. If the correct price is higher, we'll contact you before going ahead, so you can choose whether to continue or cancel.

4. What you're buying

Our posters are digitally printed in a riso-inspired style. They're designed to capture the look of risograph printing, but they aren't printed on a risograph machine.

We photograph and describe each design as accurately as we can. Colours, especially bright fluorescent tones, can look a little different on different screens, so the printed poster may not match your screen exactly. Sizes are given on each product page. Frames aren't included unless a product page says so.

5. Delivery, cancellations and returns

Our shipping policy explains printing and delivery times. Our refund policy explains your right to cancel within 14 days and what happens if something is damaged or faulty.

6. Our artwork

Every design is original artwork by Northern Quarter Press, and we own the copyright. When you buy a poster, you're welcome to display it however you like. You can't copy, scan, reproduce or sell the design, or use it for any commercial purpose, without our written permission.

7. Bands and artists

Our designs are fan art, inspired by the music we love. Unless a product page says it's an official or approved collaboration, our posters aren't official merchandise and aren't endorsed by the artists named. Band names and logos belong to their owners.

8. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result of that, such as the cost of a replacement poster. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses, as our posters are sold for personal use.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law says it can't be limited. That includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
