Shipping policy

We don't keep a warehouse of posters. Yours is printed when you order it, by our UK print partner, and then posted straight to you. That means delivery happens in two stages: printing, then postage.

Printing

Printing usually takes 1-2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery times and costs

Once your poster is printed, it's sent out in a protective tube. You'll get an email when it's dispatched, with tracking where the service includes it.

To work out when your poster will arrive, add the printing time to the delivery time.

Orders outside the UK

Your country may charge import duty, VAT or a handling fee when the parcel arrives. These are set by your local customs office, aren't included in our prices, and are paid by you. We can't predict them, so it's worth checking your country's rules before you order.

Checking your address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email urbanmusebiz@outlook.com straight away. We can usually change it before printing starts, but not once the poster has been posted.

If your order is late or lost

Your poster is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it hasn't arrived 7 working days after the expected date, or the tracking hasn't moved for 7 working days, email urbanmusebiz@outlook.com with your order number. We'll look into it with the courier and, if it's lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund.
